Damaged Shipments

Used drinkware cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it has a manufacturing defect.
Customized or engraved items are final sale unless defective.

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product:
We cover the return shipping cost. -
For all other returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your bank may require extra time to post the credit.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different color or model, the fastest method is:
